I was responsible for the functional strategic analysis and set up of a project to combine four different PeopleSoft Databases to one. Resulted in one system for all 30,000+ employees and a streamlined approach to future upgrades and patches.
Managed the payroll and 401k program for this construction company.
Managed all Compensation, Benefits, Training, Career and Performance Development, Succession Planning, Payroll, and HRIS functions. Administered and managed the following software: ADP Enterprise, ADP Virtual Edge, ADP Enterprise Etime, ADP Self Service and Cornerstone. Partnered with leadership and non-managers to synchronize HR department and company efforts to help launch company forward. Lead for HR Project Management.
